With a passion for Italy, Chef Rubaud developed his own concept of “Fusion Cuisine” which is based on traditional Italian cuisine. His return to Paris and a meeting with hotelier, Herman Bal, has allowed the two food lovers to realize this ambitious project, Restaurant O’scar, located in the Hotel Lumen Paris Louvre.
