Built in 1867 by Abraham Euler, the Hotel Euler was and is one of the earliest tributes to high-end hospitality in Europe. Since 1981, it has belonged to the Manz Family.
Strategically located in the heart of Basel, this 4-star superior hotel was completely refurbished in May 2008 in a modern style, maintaining the traditional elegance of a grand hotel. It features 66 rooms, including 6 junior suites, all of which offer the highest level of comfort and modern technology, combining contemporary elements with tradition and design.
The Euler restaurant and bars blend seasonal specialties with classic traditional dishes and cater to all needs, from a hearty breakfast to a fast business lunch to a cozy candlelight dinner. During the summer, the Euler Terrace is one of Basel’s main meeting points for a quick coffee or an aperitif. The hotel also features a Starbucks coffee shop on the premises as well as two newly renovated and fully equipped conference rooms.
The Hotel Euler is situated just opposite the railway station SBB/SNCF, with most public transport lines departing just in front of the hotel. The historical center and the main business areas can be reached by foot within 10 minutes and the exhibition center is only 15 minutes away by public transport.
