Director of Group Sales, LWH Hotels & Luxe Hotels
Requirements:
- Strategically position our 14 regional offices and corporate headquarters group sales teams for success
- Create the annual group sales plan for all international sales
- Measure success and progress throughout the year with regard to regional offices
- Work closely with the VP of Sales to ensure strategies are adhered to
- Prepare analysis and reports showing progress of each group sales associate
- Develop and maintain relationships and communicate with key accounts
- Analyze market trends and the impact on group sales
- Maintain relationships with each hotel member
- Prepare annual sales mission and trade show calendar and budget
- Attend all scheduled sales missions and trade shows relating to group sales
- Evaluate worldwide group sales activity and travel
- Work closely with marketing and revenue management teams
- Participate in bi weekly teleconferences with regional offices
- Ensure that quarterly newsletters to meeting planners is produced and distributed
- Ensure regular communications and e-blast outreach to meetings professionals
- Develop new business both in US and internationally
- Seek marketing opportunities such as events or media opportunities
